I adorned this deep gray sweatshirt with beaded borders cut from a vintage blouse, complemented them with reclaimed zebras cut from a top and the cat cut from a curtain. Looking for balance and beauty, decided on these vines that climb up the sleeves and the embroidered holes which along with the side zippers, lend the sweatshirt a street vibe. The intense red embroidery thread makes everything pop! 

It was hand-embroidered by Luz Marina Araque during 33 hours of craftwomanship in Medellin, Colombia.
