I started designing this vintage camo pant around these Flamingos I had reclaimed from a shirt. I then started imagining they needed a beautiful garden where they could roam and added the stripes on the sides for impact. The dark bright turquoise embroidery thread brings all of the reclaimed elements together. It is meant to be worn oversized or paper bag the waist for a smaller fit.

It was hand-embroidered by Luz Marina Araque during 35 hours of craftwomanship in Medellin, Colombia.
